What a great place! Had an awesome experience today as I was scrambling for some parts our contractors needed for our bathroom project. These folks were great- especially Robert. Although the specific color we were looking for wasn’t in stock, we got something super similar for a decent price. I was impressed by how clean this place was, will be back for sure!
If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. Was greeted immediately at the front desk and was directed to Will Call. Tom in Will Call was amazing. I was looking for a bull nose tile that was discontinued which I was aware of and that it was unlikely I could find any. I tossed a hale mary and he said I know exactly what you need. Tom walked into his office then back out and said “This is the last piece that probably exist. Dont break it”. He did not charge me. Was blown away by his generosity. I own rental properties and this is the place I will do business with in the near future. Thank you Tom for the outstanding customer service.
Amazing customer service, strait forward, no BS sales, great selection, and their close out section has some awesome finds! It’s hard to find close out tile in such large quantities.
