The showroom is large, and has so much tile to see & choose from. Rebecca Johnson, the designer, is awesome! She has worked with me on 4 different projects & her selections have all been spot on for the interior of my house. She helps narrow down all the choices for me, and is always friendly & willing to help….from the tile, to the design, to the final layout & style. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a house in the area and wanted to buy couple of boxes of tiles used in our bathroom in case we decided to make changes to it.
After locating the tiles in Woodlands Daltile center i tried to arrange to buy them but the staff at that location kept saying they only sell to builders, which I was told by Datlile’s national service wasn’t true.
I called every other Daltile locations in Houston metro with service center. Employees at none of these location were even a little helpful…in the best case they were redirecting me to another location. I decided to call Katy location again and spoke with Shane (manager). I explained the situation and he went out of his way to help me and ordered the tile from Woodlands location to be delivered to their center. None of those excuses that “we can’t sell to the direct customers” or “we dont do it here, try calling our other locations”. The guy just went ahead and got it done. No excuses, lies or trying to send me somewhere else. This is what number one criteria for a good custumer service. Thanks again, Shane!
